Thank you for supporting a small, woman-owned business. Each item is created with care and intention, and I want you to love your purchase. Please read the policy below for returns, exchanges, and refunds.


1. Returns

Because our products include jewelry, makeup tools, and personal-use items, we are only able to accept returns for:

-Damaged items

-Defective items

-Incorrect items received

For hygiene and safety reasons, I cannot accept returns for:

-Jewelry that has been worn

-Makeup brushes or beauty tools that have been used

-Items purchased by mistake

-Items that no longer have their original packaging


2. Exchanges

If your item arrives damaged or defective, I’m happy to replace it with the same product.
Please contact me within 7 days of delivery so I can help quickly.


3. Refunds

Refunds are issued for damaged or defective items only.

To request a refund:

-Email me at [your email] with your order number

-Include a clear photo of the issue

-I’ll respond within 24–48 hours with next steps

If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method.


4. Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order ships, tracking will be provided. If USPS/UPS is experiencing delays, I will help guide you through the tracking process, but I cannot issue refunds for carrier delays.
If a package is marked “delivered” but you did not receive it, please contact your local carrier first, then reach out for further assistance.


5. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before they are shipped.
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
