1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5-7 business days.
During holidays or high-volume periods, processing may take an extra day — but we always do our best to ship quickly.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We currently ship using major carriers such as USPS and UPS.
Estimated delivery times after your order is processed:
-Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
Actual delivery times may vary based on your location, weather, or carrier delays.
3. Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
-your location
-package weight/size
-selected shipping method
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions on eligible orders.
5. Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are unable to reroute packages once they are shipped.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the buyer is responsible for additional shipping costs to resend it.
6. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, we are unable to replace or refund the item.
If your package is lost or delayed in transit:
-Check your tracking details
-Contact your local USPS/UPS office
-Then contact us — we’ll help guide you through next steps
Although we cannot control carrier delays, we always try to support our customers however we can.
7. International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times vary, and buyers are responsible for customs fees, import taxes, and VAT.
